Originally from east of the mountains, Brent has quickly become an invaluable member of the team, earning a reputation for his professionalism, expertise, and problem-solving abilities.
Now raising his family in the greater Seattle area, Brent understands the importance of providing reliable and customized solutions that enhance the safety and convenience of local homes and businesses. When he’s not designing and installing cutting-edge systems, Brent enjoys spending his free time gold dredging—a hobby that allows him to combine his love for the outdoors with his passion for uncovering hidden treasures in riverbeds.

Administrative Operations Manager
Born and raised in Washington, our Administrative Operations Manager brings a unique blend of experience and passion to Northwest Security and Sound. A die-hard baseball fan, she’s the voice you’ll hear every time you call our office.
With a knack for multitasking, she handles accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer support, troubleshooting, scheduling, and more—ensuring our operations run seamlessly.
Before joining our team, she spent 15 years as a dedicated stay-at-home mom. Prior to that, she excelled as an operations manager for several large banks and gained valuable experience in HR for a leading specialty retail company. Her well-rounded background and commitment to exceptional service make her an indispensable part of our team.
When she’s not keeping our office on track or cheering on her favorite baseball team, she’s enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her family.
